These Terms of Service govern your use of the Warm Vinyl Moments automation tool ("the App") operated by Miloš Grujić ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a personal, single-user automation tool used to publish content to social media platforms (including TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube) on behalf of the Warm Vinyl Moments channel. It is not a public-facing service and is not available to third parties.
The App interacts with third-party APIs (including the TikTok API) in accordance with their respective developer policies and terms of service. Content published through the App originates solely from the Warm Vinyl Moments channel and does not involve user-generated content from any third party.
All content published via the App (music, video, images) is original creative work owned by Warm Vinyl Moments. Content is ambient music intended for focus, relaxation, and study. We do not publish content that is harmful, deceptive, infringing, or in violation of any platform's community guidelines.
The App does not offer user registration, accounts, or any form of user-facing interface to the public. No personal data is collected from visitors or third parties.
All music, artwork, and video content published through the App is the intellectual property of Warm Vinyl Moments. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruption of service, platform policy changes, or content removal by third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
